Where is the software installed?
The software is installed on the device you are looking to monitor. Due to this reason, it will be necessary to gain a few minutes of access to this device.
What information do you need in order to manufacture the software?
The software enables you to receive updates on the status and information about the operating system of the target device, using text messaging.
What is an IMEI number?
This is the internal, fifteen digit serial number of the device. Every device has a different IMEI number and in order to manufacture the software and adapt it to the device we will need this number in full. Typing *#06# will display the IMEI number on the screen.
Which devices can be monitored?
The devices listed and pictured in the "Device Compatibility" window are the only devices compatible with the software. All of these devices are manufactured by Nokia. Soon, it will be possible to install the software on Apple phones.
What is the range of coverage for monitoring the device?
There range is unlimited. In effect, the device will work the same throughout the world.
Does the target device continue to function normally as a cellular phone following installation?
Of course. The target device can continue to be used as a regular cellular phone. The installed software is undetectable in any way.
Is it possible to transfer the software to a different device?
It is not possible to transfer the software to a different device. We manufacture the software to be compatible with a specific device bearing the IMEI number provided to us.
How is installation performed?
There are two options: The first option is installing the software with us, thereby you would receive the device ready for use. The second option is to install the software yourself, enabled by us sending the software file to you via e-mail. Self installation is quick and simple, and in any event, we are here to help you even during the actual installation. A technical assistant from our company will escort you through every step of the way until you are satisfied.
What happens if the battery of the target device has been depleted or replaced?
No problem. The software will not be removed from the device and will continue to function normally once the device is reactivated. The software will not be damaged in any way as a result of battery depletion or replacement.
What happens if the SIM card has been replaced on the target device?
No problem. The software will notify you of the card replacement, and will alert you as to the new number being used, continuing surveillance on it.
What happens if during listening to background noise, someone attempts to call the target device?
In the event that this happens, the listening function will be terminated; you will receive an alert of an incoming call and of course, have the possibility of listening to the conversation. |
